Dammam Joint 2024 Forum “Powering the Future Toward Net Zero”
Organized jointly by GCCIA, EPRI, Med-TSO & GO15, the Dammam Joint 2024 Forum will take place from October 27th to 29th at the Kempinski Al Othman Hotel in Al Khobar and will focus on the topic of “Powering the Future Toward Net Zero“.
This event will be placed under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdul Aziz, the Governor of the Eastern Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and will gather energy leaders from around the globe.
CIGRE Paris Session 2024
The CIGRE Biennial Session is held in Paris, France in even number years. It is the number one global power system event in the world, bringing together some 8600 power industry participants from over 120 countries, including 3600 international experts and other decision-makers. This is a unique week long interactive opportunity. Over 160 working meetings, over 30 Study Committee sessions and around 800 papers focus on and discuss the association’s 16 fields of activities.
World Energy Congress 2024
From 22-25 April 2024, all eyes will be on Rotterdam as more than 7,000 international energy stakeholders convene for the 26th World Energy Congress. Marking the beginning of the centenary of the World Energy Council, this most prestigious and influential global event, hosted at the highest political level, welcomes leaders from all corners of the world as they come together to enable solutions and deliver impact under the theme ‘Redesigning Energy for People and Planet’.
Energy Transition Forum 2024
The Energy Transition Forum (ETF) is an organization which provides energy leaders with the opportunity to consider and discuss the implications of the cascading changes in the energy system with their peers in a relaxed, intimate setting under the Chatham House Rule.
The ETF meets from March 5th to 7th 2024 in Brussels, Belgium.

CMAEL – GUSEE Biennal Joint Meeting
The biennial joint meeting CMAEL-GUSEE is the forum of the National Community of academics and researchers in the scientific-disciplinary fields ING-IND/32 (Converters, Machines and Electric Drives) and ING-IND/33 (Electrical Power Systems). It is the place where the scientific-technological research topics developed in the areas of interest from the different universities are presented, with the possibility to discuss and compare the main results obtained.
It is also a tradition to present in a comparative way the educational offer provided in the Italian Universities (Bachelor, Master, PHD…). The Meeting also aims to improve the interaction and exchange of ideas between the representatives of the different universities, both to start or consolidate inter-university collaborations, both to have a broader vision of possible future developments in the scientific areas and application domains of interest.
