On September 1st, MISO CEO and GO15 2023 President John Bear had the privilege of delivering the keynote address to the 19th annual Seoul International Conference on Energy Markets (CISEM). This conference organized by Korean Power Exchange (KPX) was a great success with the participation of major stakeholders such as the Deputy Ministry of MOTIE, the Chairman of KOREC and CEOs of major power generation operators.
