We thank Abdul-Rahman Mohammed, Director of Data and Analytics at MISO for his great presentation during our GO15 webinar “Transforming the Grid: MISO’s Approach to Innovation, AI and Strategic Partnerships“ on Thursday, October 15th.
The presentation explored how MISO is integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into its work as a grid operator, including electricity markets, customer services, transmission grid development and grid operations.
Abdul-Rahman Mohammed highlighted the value of industry partnerships, particularly with other grid operators, in sharing best practices and developing AI models suited to operational needs. The webinar offered useful insights and provided a basis for potential follow-up initiatives involving GO15 members in the near future.
